The assistant manager informed the authorities that a parakeet was found lifeless inside its enclosure with apparent signs of a broken neck. Shockingly, nearby, they discovered the lifeless body of a rabbit in its enclosure as well.

As suspicions grew among the store staff after finding two dead animals, the store manager decided to review the surveillance footage. The footage revealed the horrifying actions of a man and woman who entered the store at approximately 3:30 p.m. that day.
The video depicted the man, after interacting with a puppy, heading towards the area where the rabbits and parakeets were kept. What followed was a disturbing act of cruelty, as the man could be seen reaching into the rabbit enclosure, restraining the innocent creature, and then releasing it. The woman, seemingly acting as a lookout, was close by during this horrific scene.
In another chilling clip, the man extended his hand into the parakeet enclosure, displaying a complete lack of empathy, as he callously broke the bird’s neck. Their cold-hearted spree did not end there, as they callously took a hamster and a guinea pig before leaving the store.
A Heartbreaking Tragedy Unfolds
The aftermath of their cruel actions was discovered by the assistant manager, who stumbled upon the lifeless body of the hamster. Tragically, it appeared that the poor creature had been stomped to death, causing immense grief among the store’s staff. Additionally, a guinea pig remains unaccounted for, further deepening the sorrowful situation.
